Room Hire

Conveniently located in the centre of Stokesley, we have a suite of modern, well-equipped rooms which are available for regular or one-off hire by local groups, businesses or individuals for meetings or training.

Located at Town Close, above the Community Library, our rooms are fully accessible with a lift and disabled toilet facilities available. There is limited free on-site parking. Free wi-fi connectivity is available in all rooms.

Meeting room – our meeting room provides a comfortable space for smaller groups of 10 – 12 participants. Flip charts and whiteboards are available within the room, which is set up in boardroom format with plenty of table space for your meeting.

Activity Room 1 – a multi-use space, with a small table-based meeting space plus a larger area with armchairs for a more informal group. Not available for booking on Mondays or Wednesdays.

Activity Room 2 – our main meeting room is equipped with a wall-mounted screen and a ceiling-mounted projector. The room can be set up to your requirements, whether that be conference style, boardroom or with smaller clusters of meeting tables.

Both the activity rooms have access to a spacious roof terrace which groups are welcome to use in warmer weather.

Refreshments are available for a small charge per person.

Our administration team can also provide document printing/copying services for a nominal charge per page.

We will do our best to accommodate out of office hours bookings if you require a room on evenings or weekends. An additional £10 charge will apply in this event to cover staff costs.
